Gender I am going to tell you what I think the word GIRL means and what the word BOY means and is there a difference between the two genders, other than physical differences? To be a GIRL in stereotype means (not in everyone's opinion)GirlyGIRLY is a slang for a girl or woman who dress and acts very feminine. When you think of the word girl you would usually think of a word like nurturing or caring and not aggressive or masculine but I know girl are sometimes known for being mean and gossiping but girls can do many things boys can do. Girls can carry 9 months of pregnany, girls can hide there feeling, they can do anything for their family, and girls can do anything a guy can do. To be a BOY in stereotype means (not in everyone's opinion) sporty or masculine? I know that when you think about the word boy, the word sports or strong or something else that have to do with being, "strong" comes to mind not something like pretty. Boys can do many things girls can do. Boys can be strong, they can live up to their parents expetations, boys can do any thing for there family and they can do anything a girl can do. Is there a difference about being a girl and being a boy? I wrote that when you think about the word girl you might think nurturing or caring but can't a boy be nurturing and caring? I wrote when you think of thye word boy you think of strong and sporty but can't girls be strong and sporty? It is suprising how people are stereotype. There is not a difference other than phisical differences there are no difference. Long ago people thought only females can be nurses but now there are many male are nurses, and people thought only men can become big business people but now many females are very big in business.

When you see a girl or boy or think of one you can't judge the person by their gender but by their personality.People can shock you and cange what YOU think about being a MALE and FEMALE.
